Grand prizes will be raffled, each containing two (2) Roundtrip Alaska Airline Tickets and APU Nordic Ski Center Swag. YOU could be the winner of up to four (4) Alaska Airlines Tickets!
Ticket proceeds benefit APU Nordic Ski Center to assist in preparation for the Olympic Qualifying races for the APU Nordic Ski Center Elite Team.
Tickets are $10 for 1 and $100 for 15.
Rules and Regulations Are as Follows:
- Tickets can only be purchased online, or at the APU Nordic Fall Feed on October 29th, 2021.
- Must be at least 18 years old to participate and physically present in Alaska, not in an area that has adopted a local option prohibiting gaming.
- The deadline to purchase tickets is 7 p.m. AKST on October 29, 2021.
- Drawing will take place from 7-7:30pm on october 29th, 2021.
- The winner will be randomly drawn before November 5th
- Need not to be present to win.
- The winner will be notified in person, by phone, or by email.
- If APU Nordic Ski Center is unable to contact the winner, despite reasonable efforts to do so, an alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing.
- The winner will be required to sign a Waiver Sheet/Release Form, provide his/her social security number, and claim the prize within ten (10) days of notification.
- Prize is subject to and winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (IRS form 1099).
- The acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name or likeness for the purpose of marketing, promotion and trade in connection with APU Nordic Ski Center without further compensation.
- Alaska Pacific University Holds a Gaming Permit with State of Alaska # 629. The gaming licence can be found here.
