*During the COVID-19 Mandate Period, the Mountain Running Program will help guide members to exercise safely indoors and out. We will maintain regular communication and use Zoom meetings, video tutorials, and online training plans.
In-person sessions will resume as soon as possible, and scheduled as described below.
The Adult Mountain Running program is designed as an exciting option to explore new mountains, routes, as well as technical mountain running skill and fitness. The team environment will help motivate you to get out of your comfort zone and expert coaching by Eric Strabel and Galen Johnston will guide you.
May 5 - September 1.
You have the option between one and three sessions per week. Either the Tuesday mountain run only, or join us Monday for guided strength training in the APU weight room, the Tuesday run, and higher intensity on foot Thursday. All sessions are 6:30-8pm.
