*During the COVID-19 Mandate Period, the Mountain Running Program will help guide members to exercise safely indoors and out. 

2021 Program Description

The Adult Mountain Running program is designed as an exciting option to explore new mountains, routes, as well as technical mountain running skill and fitness. The team environment will help motivate you to get out of your comfort zone and expert coaching by Eric Strabel and Galen Johnston will guide you.

Dates: May 4 - August 31.  

1-Day Program:  The Mountain Running program is a 1-Day per week program meeting Tuesday evenings 6:00-7:30pm.  The fee for this program is $260.

3-Day Program:  You may also enroll in a 3-Day per week program, which combines the Tuesday evening mountain run with a Monday strength session and a Thursday on-foot higher intensity session with our Master (Adult) group.  These Master sessions are at 6:30-8:00pm.  The fee for this program is $780.
